The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, authorizing the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection to organize the production of cocoons and provide silkworm cocoons producers with silkworm grains. According to the document, the relevant enterprises, supervised by the Ministry of Textile Industry, shall be transferred to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection in accordance with the established procedure.
