In order to successfully implement the project on the construction of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India gas pipeline section, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree authorizing the State Concern ""Türkmengaz"" to conclude the contract with the company ""Serba Dinamik Sdn.Bhd"" (Malaysia) for the purchase of various materials and equipment, supply and installation of telemechanics and control systems, ""SCADA"" communications as well as a set of equipment for the gas metering station. The document prescribes to start the works in January 2020 and to hand over the facilities with full readiness for operation in December 2020.
