The President of Turkmenistan signs the Resolution on contracts in frames of the project on the ring power-transmission system

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the ""Türkmenergo"" State Power Corporation of the Ministry of Energy will conclude contracts: with foreign companies - for the purchase of necessary equipment, materials and automotive equipment for construction of high voltage power lines and stations Ahal - Balkan and Balkan - Dashoguz; with Turkish company ""Çalik Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş."" - for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of telemechanics, communication and SCADA systems for the Ahal - Balkan and Balkan - Dashoguz high voltage transmission lines and stations. The construction of the Ahal-Balkan and Balkan-Dashoguz transmission lines is aimed at increasing electricity production, expanding exports, improving the quality of energy saving and addressing socio-economic issues.
