The Head of the State orders to sign the Agreement on construction of power line to Turkmen – Afghan border

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution allowing the Ministry of Energy to sign the agreement with TAPP-500 Power Transmission Line FZE, which is a branch of Çalik Holding A.Ş. (Turkey) on construction of the first stage of 220 kW power line until Turkmen – Afghan border in Mary State Power Station – Herat, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The document assigns to start construction work in February 2020 and to complete the construction in August 2021.
