The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having approved the Provision on Academy of the Government Service under the President of Turkmenistan, its structure and order of addition of students. According to the document, the Academy is to: Develop educational plans for specialities together with the Ministry of Education and to present for approval to relative Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers; To develop proposal on amendments and addendums of the legislation of Turkmenistan followed from this Resolution and to present it the Cabinet of Ministers within one month together with the Ministry of Finances and Economy and the Ministry of Justice.
