In accordance with the Decree of President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, General-Colonel, Minister of National Security of Turkmenistan, Berdiyev Yaylym is reduced to the lower rank of Major General. In accordance with the Resolution of President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, General-Colonel, Minister of National Security of Turkmenistan, Berdiyev Yaylym is released from the position as the Secretary of the State Security Council. In accordance with the Resolution of President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, General-Colonel, Minister of National Security of Turkmenistan, Berdiyev Yaylym is severely reprimanded for the improper execution of the duties, and shortcomings in his work.
