48 transactions were registered at the last week’s bids at the State Commodities and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan. In the foreign currency, the contracts for purchasing polypropylene and petroleum coke produced at the Turkmenbashi Refinery Complex were made by businessmen from Russia, the Netherlands, the UAE, and others. Entrepreneurs from Great Britain, Estonia and Afghanistan made the deals for purchasing liquefied gas (“Turkmengaz” SC). The deals made in the foreign currency also included trucks, refined cottonseed oil, cotton yarn, cotton waste, cotton waste fiber. They were made by Russia, Great Britain, the UAE, the Republic of Korea, Turkey, Malta, and Tajikistan. The sum total of the deals was over US $20,082 thousand. In deposit manats, representatives of business circles of Pakistan purchased cotton yarn (over 376,000 manats). For the domestic market, local entrepreneurs bought polypropylene and polymer granulate (Turkmenbashi Refinery Complex), as well as food wheat. The sum total of the deals exceeded 542,000 manats.
