Khyakims of all regions of the country exchanged experience in the sphere of digitalization during a working meeting in the Ahal Velayat. As is known, during a regular videoconference meeting on December 16, Ahal Velayat Khyakim S.Berdimuhamedov reported that Ahal Velayat was the first in the country that introduced the digital information technologies, including electronic document management, into the state administration system, which allows increasing the effectiveness of work. Commenting on the report, the President of Turkmenistan emphasized the importance of the consistent continuation and business expansion in the context of the Concept on the Digitalization of the National Economy in 2019-2025. In this regard, during the meeting in Ahal Velayat, the participants focused on the practical tasks to accelerate the work on phased connection of the Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary regions to the digital system and the introduction of electronic document management. Presenting the experience of the Ahal Velayat in this area, S. Berdimuhamedov underlined the effectiveness of information technology in enhancing the interaction of various structures and making decisions at the velayat and etrap levels, as well as monitoring their implementation. It should be noted the great importance of the consistent connection to this system of all the regions of the country and its significance in solving the tasks identified in the programme of socio-economic development of the regions. It covers a wide range of areas, including the development of legislative support for the regulation and expansion of the national information space, the range of Internet services.
