Opening ceremony of water distribution station, which was built at the territory of Yangala gengeshlyk for provision of stable water supply of rapidly developing region with growing population, has taken place in Gyoktepe etrap. Hyakim of Ahal Velayat S. Berdimuhamedov, deputies of the Mejlis, heads and personnel of local facilities and public organizations, elders and youth took part in the ceremony. The facility has been built at the request of the Adminsitration of Ahal Velayat by Altyn Nesil Business Entity and has output capacity of 30,000 cubic meters of water per day. It is connected with vertical wells in Yangala gengeshlyk with pipeline system. The water flows to the tanks at the station from the wells, after filtration it goes to distribution network through the pump station for supply of the population of Gyoktepe and farming associations of the etrap. Entire process at the station is automated; the control of the operation of different equipment is carried out remotely from the control room. Production complex includes water pump station, three tanks with 10,000 cubic meter capacity each, three filtration units, chlorine removal installation, electrolyte premise, power transformation station as well as administration building.
