Draft Programme of transit of scientific sphere of Turkmenistan to electronic has been developed. The proposed document has been developed according to the existing legal acts, Programme of social and economic development of the country in 2019 – 2025 and the Concept of transfer to digital economy in Turkmenistan in 2019 – 2025. Enhancement of efficiency of scientific, technical and innovative activity by application od digital technologies as well as economic profitability of scientific and research works, strengthening of international cooperation in this field, provision of closer cooperation between science, education and production, scientific, technical and intellectual support of digital reforms in the economy are the main goals of the Programme. The activities outlined in the document will support further stable development of national science, which plays big role in social progress. It is worth mentioning that support of the state given to this sphere grows every year by financing of perspective scientific studies, technological developments and experimental tests.
