President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived in Japan on a working visit. The Presidential airliner landed in the International Airport of Tokyo – Haneda. High-ranking officials as well as the members of the government delegation of Turkmenistan welcomed the Turkmen leader at the airport. From the airport, the motor cortege of the President of Turkmenistan headed to the residence in Chinzanso Tokyo Hotel. The prospects of further development of the intergovernmental cooperation on a wide spectrum of issues will be discussed during a number of bilateral meetings. Today, the bilateral cooperation between Turkmenistan and japan focuses on a wide range of areas. Japanese companies have proved themselves as reliable partners in the implementation of large projects in our country. There are favorable opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships in the transport, communications and logistics sectors, agriculture and other industries. Cooperation in the humanitarian sphere stands as an important component of the interstate dialogue.
