In order to further develop bilateral relations between Turkmenistan and the United Arab Emirates, to effectively organize consular services provided to the population, as well as in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Consular Offices of Turkmenistan Abroad”, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree on opening of the Consulate General of Turkmenistan in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai).
