President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov sent a message of deep condolences to the President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili on the occasion of the flood in Tbilisi city caused by heavy showers, which entailed civilian casualties, injuries and destructions. On behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan, in his own name, the head of Turkmen state addressed words of empathy and support to the dearest and nearest ones of the casualties and wishes of the soonest recovery to the injured people.
