These days, the country traditionally celebrated the graduation ceremonies in the higher educational institutions of military and law-enforcement bodies of the country –the Military Institute of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan, the Naval Institute of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan, the Institute of State Border Service, Institute of National Security and Institute of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Turkmenistan. Main festivities were held in the square in front of the Constitution Monument in the capital city. In the educational institutions of the country where young specialists from the military sphere are trained, an impressive body of the political, educational, scientific, technical and social work is being carried out. The cadets of these higher educational establishments perfectly master the combat skills, different sciences and mainly, are instilled in the spirit of patriotism and selfless love to the Fatherland and native people. Not the least attention is paid to strengthening and modernization of the material and technical base of these specialized educational institutions which are tooled with the modern computer and multimedia equipment capable to ensure wide access to Internet resources and e-libraries. It enables to considerably improve the educational process and motivate students’ interest to getting new knowledge. In the Address of Thanks the graduators and faculty of higher education institutions of military and law-enforcement bodes of the country expressed to President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of Armed Forces of the country Army General Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedotheir deep acknowledgment of his true paternal care and assured that they would do their utmost to use their skills and knowledge for solution of important an responsible tasks set to them; and if required, they will not spare their lives for the independence of our country, defending peaceful and creative life of theTurkmen people.
