In order to present computers to the first-graders in secondary schools in the country in 2019-2020 school year, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the Ministry of Education to sign contracts: with the ""Agzybirlik tilsimaty"" Joint Venture for the purchase, installation and maintenance of 80,000 computers produced in Turkmenistan in the educational institutions of the country; with the business association ""Aýdyň gijeler"" for the purchase, installation and maintenance of 73,885 computers produced in Turkmenistan in the educational institutions of the country.
