In order to successfully accomplish the tasks defined in the programme for socio-economic development of the country for 2019-2025, as well as to improve the vocational training and employment of youth, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the Programme of youth adaptation to labour market and improvement of job prospects for the youth. The programme provides for the study of the demand for relevant specialists in the sectors of the national economy and making science-based decisions, raising the professional qualifications of young people, developing measures to stimulate their interest in working in rural areas, and creating worthy social conditions for young people. It is also planned to increase the number of jobs equipped with advanced information and communication technologies. Thus, the implementation of this programme will help to ensure the employment of young people and increase their competitiveness in the labor market.
