President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree, authorizing: 1. To abolish the Turkmen State Institute of Transport and Communications and to establish the Institute of Telecommunications and Information Technologies of Turkmenistan. 2. To place the Institute of Telecommunications and Information Technologies of Turkmenistan under the purview of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan. 3. To determine the Institute of Telecommunications and Information Technologies of Turkmenistan the successor of the abolished Turkmen State Institute of Transport and Communications.
