The opening ceremony of two new four-storey buildings, which supplemented architectural ensemble along Zelili Street, was held in administrative centre of Lebap Velayat. New buildings were designed by the architects of Binanchy private company and raised by construction personnel of Turkmenabat Wood Processing Facility. Solid constructions and modern finishing materials have been used during erecting of the buildings, which is mandatory requirement of Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to all all facilities under construction. One of the houses is designated for 32 while another for 24 3- and 4- bedroom apartments, which are distinguished by light spacious rooms, big kitchen with built-in furniture and equipment and spacious hall, which make maximum comfort for living. Total area of 4-bedroom apartments is 129 square meters while 3-bedroom apartments are 110 square meters. Surrounding territory is developed and planted with trees, system of street lighting is also provided. It is worth mentioning that taking into account new residential apartments in January – May 2019, 9 4-storey buildings and one 2-storey buildings, which are designated for 260 families, has been built in Amudarya Valley.
