President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulated Vladimir Zelensky on his election as the President of Ukraine. In his congratulatory address, the President of Turkmenistan emphasized that the high level of cooperation and mutual understanding between the two countries would stand as a solid foundation for the progressive development of the Turkmen-Ukrainian relations in the name of the peoples of the two countries. The President of Turkmenistan wished Vladimir Zelensky good health, prosperity and great achievements at the highest political office in the name of peace and wellbeing of the friendly people of Ukraine.
