Nowruz residential estate in Dashoguz hosted the events on occasion of commissioning of two multi-apartment house, which were built by construction department of local ferro concrete plant of the Türkmendemirbetonönümleri enterprise of the Türkmensenagat Agency. Each of four-storey buildings has 16 two- and three-room comfortable apartments. High quality materials has been used for finishing of them. The apartments have all amenities for the comfort of tenants including spacious rooms with high ceilings. They have balconies and different auxiliary rooms. New buildings made single architectural ensemble together with other two houses, which were built by the same company earlier. Administration centre of the northern region of the country becomes more comfortable for living, work and rest of the population with every year. It is enough to say that at present time, residential estates with dozens of modern multi-storey buildings with relative facilities of urban infrastructure are under construction in two districts of the city along Dashoguz and Shagadam Streets. High-comfort houses are also built along Gyorogly Street in Nowruz and Nowruz-2 micro districts. So-called infill construction, when the facilities are built in between existing objects, which allows using land and existing engineering and technical communication networks, is also carried out in the city. The events on occasion of opening of new residential buildings were held in the atmosphere of traditional Turkmen celebration. Representatives of regional and city administration, labour collectives and public organizations, elders and youth have come to congratulate new tenants. Art collectives performed before the participants of the event. The best construction personnel received valuable gifts.
