In accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Dadebay Saparovich Amangeldyyev is released from the position as the Vice-Prime Minister for construction, energy and public utilities. Given the vast experience of D. Amangeldyyev in highway engineering, the President of Turkmenistan appointed him as the Head of Construction of the highway Turkmenbashi – the border of Kazakhstan that is to strengthen the positions of our country as the intersection of the most important trade routes in the region.
