In accordance with the Action Plan on the implementation of the Concept of Turkmenistan’s Presidency over the CIS in 2019, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, authorizing the Office of the President of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs jointly with the CIS Executive Committee to organize the session of the Council of Heads of Government of the CIS in Ashgabat on May 31, 2019 at the high level.
