The projects of construction of modern living estates in Charjev, Sayat, Khalach and Kerky etraps of Lebap Velayat were presented to the Head of the State for review during video conference session on February 25. The settlements are designated for 3,500 families. The houses with land plots will have all conditions meeting time requirements. Schools, kindergartens, cultural facilities, shopping centres, administrative, public and other facilities provided with advanced equipment will also be built in the settlements. In addition, according to integrated approach to construction of modern living initiated by the President of Turkmenistan, it is planned to build one, two and four-storey buildings. Having studied and approved in general presented projects, the Head of the State ordered Vice-premier D. Amangeldiyev and Hyakim of Lebap Velayat T. Atahalliyev together with profile specialists to study the location of new villages, level of ground waters on these territories and to justify received information on scientific basis. Provision of ecological wealth of future settlements, creation of all capabilities for cultivation of fruits and vegetables are necessary conditions in this case. It was highlighted that provision of all amenities both for adults and children are important requirement of the construction of living. Traditions of national architecture have to be considered in architectural image and design of these facilities and the work for planning of surrounding territories has to be carried out.
