The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having assigned the Ministry of Finances and Economy and the Ministry of Industry and Communication to change organizational and legal form of the Service and construction department of the State Power Communication Company Türkmentelekom of Türkmenaragatnaşyk Agency of the Minsitry of Industry and Communication and to transform it to Türkmentehnogurluşyk Closed Joint-Stock Company in set order. The document assigns the Ministry of Industry and Communication together with the Ministry of Justice to prepare and present the proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers on amendments and addendums to the legislation of the country following from this Resolution in one month period.
