The 11th volume of the selected works, “Towards New Heights of Progress”, has come out. Published in the Turkmen, English and Russian languages, the book contains a selection of keynote addresses, speeches, articles, interviews and welcoming addresses delivered by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in 2017. The edition features an introduction that offers a detailed analysis of the progress of national, regional and sectoral programs and focuses on state building; socio-political and spiritual-cultural life; market-oriented economic reforms; development of the social sector; implementation of foreign policy. The volume also focuses on the important event in 2017, the presidential elections, which ended in Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov’s convincing victory and his re-election to office for a third term.
