Opening ceremony of comfortable residential building was held in Balkan Velayat. It was built by specialists of Balkanneftegazstroy trust in one of new districts of administration centre of western region. Four-storey building with improved interior planning has 24 apartments with high ceilings, spacious light rooms, comfortable kitchen. Advanced construction materials were used for construction and decoration of the building. Modern livestock farming complex with production output of 500 tons of meat per year, which was built by Kämilligiň gözbaşy Business Entity in Serdar etrap, is among current architectural releases. 500 hectares have been allocated for construction of the facility. Major part of land is designated for growing of clover, barley, corn, beetroot and other forage crops. At present time, the farm has 440 cattle. It provides all conditions for animals, breeding of calves. The farm also has high productive equipment including automated system for cleaning, special automatic drinkers where the water remains fresh and clean all time. It is also worth mentioning that dozens of work occupancies were created at new agricultural facilities. In the future, the entrepreneurs are planning to increase the number of meat and dairy cows to 3,000 cattle and open production processing facilities. The efficiency of full production cycle, starting from the cultivation of forage crops, production and procurement of the latest food additives until meat and milk processing, which was taken as a base by private agricultural companies allows increasing the quality of production and income of the facility.
