Cotton growers in Turkmenbashi etrap, Dashoguz Velayat were the first in the region to report on the fulfillment of contractual obligations. They delivered 47.200 tons of ‘white gold’ to the receiving points of the country. Cotton growers in the March 8, Dovletli, Turkmenistan, Azatlyk peasant associations significantly contributed to achieving the goal. Turkmenbashi etrap is the largest producer of this valuable raw material in Dashoguz velayat. 28.500 hectares of agricultural fileds are sown with cotton in the region. More than 60 high-performance combine harvesters were involved in the harvesting campaign on the fields of the etrap. The festivities were arranged in honor of the best agricultural workers, who significantly contributed to the labor victory in the region. The valuable gifts were awarded to the best cotton growers.
