A solemn commissioning ceremony of the particleboard manufacturing plant with the annual capacity of 20 thousand cubic meters took place in Oguzhan district of Mary province. The new facility occupies the area of 3 thousand 500 square meters. It was built by Agaýana private enterprise with financing from concessional bank loans. The plant complex comprises the administrative building, the production hall, the polishing and lamination hall, and the laboratory. The project also provides for the fire safety and proper living conditions for the personnel. The newly commissioned plant will create dozens of new jobs. The enterprise will produce laminated LDF that is not only attractive in terms of design, but is also of higher consumer value. Dimensions of the boards manufactured here will be 1 m 83 cm in width, 2 m 75 cm in length and 8 to 24 mm in thickness. These are the most widely spread construction material used in the production of furniture, doors, in the construction etc. This new facility has the cutting-edge equipment by the leading manufacturers of China, Turkey and Iran. Cotton bolls will be bought from farmers and communities after the harvesting season and used as environmentally friendly raw material besides wood. Among attendees at today’s opening ceremony were the representatives of provincial and district administrations, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, public organizations, honorable elders, young people and the local people.
