By the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Allagulyyev, Polat Hemrayevich, was relieved of duties as chairman of Dayhanbank State Commercial Bank due to performance shortcomings. By the Resolution of the head of state, the deputy chairman of Dayhanbank SCB, Nepesov, Shamuhammet Seyitliyevich, was appointed interim chairman of the bank.
