President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held the session with the participation of the Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of number of military and law enforcement agencies in International Airport of Turkmen capital before he left for working visit to Sochi, the Russian Federation. The session was dedicated to priority directions of social and economic development of the country as well as to the preparation to the celebration of remarkable events. Reporting on the situation in the structures under their supervision, the members of the Government have informed on the work in the context of the preparation to coming important events and celebrations, start of new educational year and programme of planned activities. The work for modernisation and intensification of branches carried out in all spheres of national economy has to be based on integrated approach and meet modern requirements, the President noted, highlighting the importance and scale of the objectives of profile structures. Speaking of the intensification of international cooperation, the Head of the State pointed out the necessity of development of transport and logistic system, improvement of quality of services in regional transport infrastructure, introduction of advanced world practice and innovative technologies to this sphere in the country, the Leader of the Nation noted. Having emphasized the importance of the objectives related with comprehensive development of national economy of the country, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that support of the growth of the branches of the economy, establishment of new productions and improvement of export potential of the country are priority directions of the state policy. In this context, the Head of the State pointed out the necessity of rapid formation of digital economy. Such branches as oil and gas sphere, chemical, textile, food industries, construction, health protection and education play important role in the improvement of the potential of national economy. Improvement of industrial production, modernization of agriculture would give strong impulse to comprehensive progress of the country, the President highlighted, therefore, it is necessary to achieve better results without losing the dynamics of the development. During the session, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also noted the importance of organization of cultural and mass events, which have to reflect the level achieved by the country in all spheres of activity, growth of life quality of the nation and its eternal spiritual values. Turkmen leader highlighted that provision of happy life of people, peace and wealth in the country are the main goals of all reformation programmes. In this regards, the importance of coordinated activity of military and law enforcement agencies for successful solution of their objectives has been highlighted. The Government would continue holding under control the improvement of their efficiency, creation of modern conditions for service and life of military personnel, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country noted. Steadfast implementation of all measures planned by national programmes for integrated development of the country, improvement of wealth of the population would be reliable guarantee of further improvement of economic power of our state and prosperous society, the Head of the State highlighted.
