President of Turkmenistan instructs to intensify archaeological studies in the country

During the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the country, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov instructed the Vice Prime Minister of Culture - A. Garadjaev and Vice Prime Minister of Science and Education - S.Toylyev to intensify international archaeological studies in Turkmenistan. The Turkmen leader instructed the relevant officials to hold negotiations with the world-famous institutions. The President of Turkmenistan noted that the work of archeological expeditions would promote new discoveries that will give insight into the history of the Turkmen people. ""Our land is in the centre of the ancient Great Silk Road, it keeps many unsolved mysteries and events of the past centuries and, revealing them, Turkmenistan will even more attract the attention of the whole world to its richest history. In this regard, the Turkmen leader gave specific instructions to the Vice Prime Ministers and instructed them to present reports on the results of the work done at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
