The meeting was attended by foreign guests, heads of a number of institutions of Turkmenistan, foreign and Turkmen journalists who took part in the opening ceremony of the city of Arkadag.

A ceremony of presenting international certificates was held here, confirming the achievements of the city of Arkadag in various fields.
