For the purpose of further reforming the country’s agricultural sector in the Era of the Revival of a New Epoch of a Powerful State, increasing the volume of agricultural products produced, as well as ensuring the cultivation of generous rice harvests, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree “On rice production in Turkmenistan in 2022”. According to the document, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, the khyakimliks of Dashoguz and Lebap velayats are commissioned, using a scientifically based crop rotation, in accordance with the requirements of agricultural technology, to ensure the production of a rich rice harvest in the etrap named after Saparmurat Turkmenbashi of Dashoguz velayat, in Darganata, Dyanev, Chardjev, Farab, Sayat, Khalach, Khojambaz, Kerki etraps, Dovletli etrap and Koytendag etrap of Lebap velayat.

In order to successfully solve the tasks arising from the Law of Turkmenistan “On countering the legalization of proceeds from crime, the financing of terrorism and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Regulation on the Financial Monitoring Service under the Ministry of Finance and Economy.

Orazov Deryageldi Nuryevich is appointed as the Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the Akhal Velayat Center.

Shamuhammet Durdylyev is appointed as the Khyakim of a new modern city, the administrative center of the Akhal Velayat.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, in order to ensure the construction and commissioning at a high quality level of the new modern administrative center of the Akhal Velayat, the State Committee was established for the construction of the center of the Akhal Velayat.

In order to further improve the management of the Akhal Velayat, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree instructing to establish a new modern city khyakimlik, the administrative center of the Akhal Velayat.

In order to fulfill the bilateral agreements reached between Turkmenistan and Japan, as well as to further develop relations between the two countries, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree approving members of the Turkmen-Japanese Economic Committee for the Turkmen part.

By the instruction of the President of Turkmenistan, a delegation of our country was sent to the city of Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates on April 29-30, 2022 to discuss the development of wide-ranging cooperation between Turkmenistan and the United Arab Emirates.

In order to improve the activities of the Interdepartmental Commission to ensure the implementation of international obligations of Turkmenistan in the field of human rights and international humanitarian law, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving its composition.

In order to further strengthen the economic power of the country in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, to establish processing industrial capacities on an innovative basis, to ensure the abundance of domestic markets with import-substituting goods, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing the state enterprise "Nebitmaş" of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production to gradually conclude with the Joint Stock open type company "Tajik Aluminum Company" (TALCO) of the Republic of Tajikistan contracts for the purchase of 7,000 tons of drawn aluminum and 3,000 tons of cast aluminum billets necessary for production.
