With a view of further glorification of great achievements, grandiose successes, historical transformations in all fields of the independent neutral state, wellbeing of our society, happy life of the youth, wide popularization of a historical significance of large-scale reforms implemented in the country and large projects in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State as well as on the occasion of declaration of the motto of the year 2023 “The Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar”, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution to approve the Plan of events marked to hold on the occasion of declaration of the motto of the year 2023 –“The Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar”.

With a view of further strengthening of good neighbourhood relations of friendship and brotherhood between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan and rendering of friendly and brotherly help to Uzbekistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree according to which, Türkmengaz State Concern was instructed to give the relevant volume of liquefied gas free of charge to the Republic of Uzbekistan as friendly and brotherly help.

To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the French Republic (Paris city) Charyyev Maksat Esenovich at the same time as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Portuguese Republic.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Byashimova Myakhri Hodjamgulyevna was appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree according to which for a great personal contribution to strengthening independence and sovereignty, consolidating the defense capability, territorial integrity and constitutional system of neutral Turkmenistan, ensuring security, public order and legality, for exemplary performance of military duties and high performance in combat training, taking into account many years of impeccable service to the sovereign Homeland, our courageous people, for conscientious and exemplary work, special services to the state and the people, great successes achieved in fruitful state and public activities, as well as in honor of the Defenders of the Homeland Day, a group of servicemen and employees of the military and law enforcement agencies of the country were awarded state medals of Turkmenistan.

With a view of further increase in the volume of cotton production on the basis of rational use of land, water resources, application of agricultural machinery and mineral fertilizers, high quality agro-technical activities in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, instructing the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, khyakimliks of Akhal, Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary velayats:

To release Ballyev Bally Atamyradovich from the post of khyakim of Karakum etrap of Mary velayat for failure to fulfill the duties assigned him.

To appoint Orazmukhammedov Merdan as the khyakim of Karakum etrap of Mary velayat.

To appoint Ovezov Ylyas Bayramovich as the khyakim of Koytendag etrap of Lebap velayat.
