To appoint Ovezov Muhammetrahym Ovezmuhammedovich as the rector of the Institute of Engineering and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan, releasing him from the post of vice-rector for scientific work of the International University of Oil and Gas named after Yagshygeldi Kakayev.

Release Ashyrov Allaberdi from the post of rector of the Institute of Engineering and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan in connection with the transfer to another job.
