To appoint Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of India Shalar Geldinazarov as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Nepal (with residence in New Delhi).
In order to increase the efficiency of the work carried out in the cultural sphere of the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, to enrich the Turkmen culture, art, literature with new, perfect works, to develop the work carried out in the media in accordance with the requirements of the time, to stimulate creative workers to create new works, to provide our united people with high-quality and modern services in the cultural sphere and to hold the Weeks of Culture in our country as a holiday of Turkmen culture, art and literature on the occasion of the Day of Cultural and Art Workers, as well as the poetry of Magtymguly Fragi, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution ordering to hold the Week of Culture from the 22nd to 27th of June, 2025 in the Ahal velayat.
In order to develop, finance and control the implementation of scientific and technical programs carried out in our country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, as well as to further accelerate the introduction of new developments, advanced methods, practices and technologies, the latest achievements of science and technology into production, and in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On State Scientific and Technical Policy», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Procedure for the development, implementation and financing of State scientific and technical programs.
To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation Aydogdyyev Esen Muhammedovich at the same time as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Bulgaria (with residence in Moscow).
In order to successfully solve the tasks outlined in the Program «Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state: National program for the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan in 2022–2052», increasing the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of the city of Arkadag, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing relevant institutions and enterprises to enter into agreements with local construction companies for the design, construction and improvement of buildings and structures, as well as the surrounding areas.
Taking into account the special merits in the popularization of the work carried out to praise the glorious holiday of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great thinker of the East «Magtymguly Fragi», wide propaganda, study and dissemination of the rich literary heritage of the classical poet in the world, in the creation of perfect works of literature and art, inspired by the poems of Magtymguly Frags who preached patriotism, unity, humanism, friendship and brotherhood, as well as for successful performance in cultural events, festive celebrations, contribution to the development of Turkmen culture, art, literature, in order to reward creative youth, I decree:
In order to regulate state registration of scientific programs (projects), plans and reports conducted in the country in the era of the Renaissance of a new era of a powerful state, and also in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On State Scientific and Technical Policy», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Procedure for organizing and conducting state registration of scientific programs (projects), plans and reports on scientific activity.
To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation, Esen Muhammedovich Aydogdyyev, as simultaneously the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Slovenia (with residence in Moscow).
To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Italian Republic, Komekov Toyly Babayevich, as simultaneously the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Hellenic Republic (with residence in Rome).
In order to carefully preserve the original spiritual and moral values of the Turkmen people, consistently enhance the national traditions and customs inherited from our ancestors, further strengthen the unity and cohesion of our courageous, inspired people in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, guided by the noble principles of generosity, good nature and humanism, and also in accordance with Article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, I decree:
