President of Turkmenistan , Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov signed a Ukase “On pardoning the convicted persons in honor of Turkmenistan’s State Flag Day” having released the convicted persons from further serving of their primary and additional punishments in the form of living in the law-sanctioned place of residence.

By the Ukase of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Haiytjanovich Myradov is appointed as Editor-in-Chief of “Esger” newspaper.

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan and the khyakimliks of velayats to ensure fulfillment of the 2015-production plan for 2,000 tons of raw silk cocoons, including Akhal velayat - 155 tons, Balkan velayat - 25 tons, Dashoguz velayat - 470 tons, Lebap velayat - 950 tons, and Mary velayat - 400 tons.
