The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree on rice production in Turkmenistan in 2021. According to the document, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, hyakimliks of Dashoguz and Lebap Velayats are instructed to ensure the production of rice in Saparmurat Turkmenbashi Etrap of the Dashoguz Velayat, in Darganatf, Dyanev, Chardzhev, Farab, Sayat, Halach, Hojambaz, Kerki, Dovletli and Koytendag etraps of Lebap velayat.
The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing to distribute prizes awarded to the winners in horse races, horse beauty contests and equestrian competitions held in equestrian complexes of Turkmenistan among citizens, who contribute to horse breeding.
In order to artistically represent the image of the Turkmen Alabay in the works of fine and decorative and applied art, as well as to hold competitions on the occasion of the Turkmen Alabay Day, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, instructing to hold an international competition “Ýylyň türkmen edermen alabaýy” each April, as well as contests among carpet weavers, artists, sculptors, photographers, publishers on the artistic embodiment of the image of the Turkmen Alabay in works of fine and decorative applied art, printed materials, photographs, on TV channels.
President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution approving the Regulation on licensing of activity for legal support of individuals and legal entities.
By the Resolution of President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, according to the Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan on Prosecution Authority of Turkmenistan, the 2nd class lawyer Agamyrat Abdyllayev has been appointed as a prosecutor of Boldumsaz district, Dashoguz Region.
In accordance with the Decree of President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Junior Counselor of Justice Halmurat Kurbanov was relieved of his post as Prosecutor of the Kopetdag Etrap, Ashgabat.
The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, authorizing to establish the Government Coordination Commission for the creation of the national system for monitoring the earth surface of Turkmenistan.
In accordance with the Resolutiom of the President of Turkmenistan, in accordance with part 13 of the Charter of Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assisting Children in Need of Guardianship, Rejep Bazarov was appointed as the Executive Director of the Charitable Foundation.
By the Order of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Soenchnazar Selimov has been appointed as the head of Berkararlyk district of Ashgabat.
The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the composition of Intergovernmental Turkmen – Saudi Commission for trade and economic cooperation from Turkmen side for implementation of bilateral agreements concluded between Turkmenistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and for intensification of cooperation between two states.
