Turkmen wrestlers won 9 medals in the final days of competitions at the World Martial Arts Games, which united more than 4,000 sportsmen from 100 countries, in Chungju, the Republic of Korea.

Preparation to the XXII conference of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World, which is to be held in Ashgabat on September 23 on the threshold of the celebration of the 28th anniversary of Turkmenistan independence, is carried out.

Ashgabat will host the 83rd session of the CIS Economic Council, which is planned to be held under the chairing of Turkmenistan in the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2019, on September 13.

In accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the People’s Republic of China Durdiyev Parahat Hommadovich is also appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
