In accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, in accordance with article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan", Junior Counselor of Justice Myradov Batyr Orazmuhammedovich was released of his position as the Deputy Prosecutor of the Balkan velayat due to transfer to another job.
In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Secretary of the State Security Council Amanov Charymyrat Kakalyevich was severely reprimanded for improper performance of official duties, weakening of control over the activities of the institutions under his supervision.
In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Minister of Internal Affairs Ovezdurdy Geldievich Hojanyyazov was severely reprimanded for improper performance of official duties and shortcomings in his work, with the last warning to correct the shortcomings as soon as possible.
The past week’s festivities dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Motherland’s sacred independence have eloquently demonstrated the lofty creativity spirit of the new historical epoch – the epoch of power happiness, inextricably linked with the name of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
