To appoint Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Malaysia Mashalov Muhammetnyyaz Badyyevich as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Indonesia (with residence in Kuala Lumpur).

To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Italian Republic Komekov Toyly Babayevich as simultaneously the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Cyprus (with residence in the city of Rome).

In order to create a State Information System for Pricing in Construction in Turkmenistan, as well as to implement the State Program for the Development of a National Estimate-Regulatory Base and the Improvement of the Pricing System in Construction, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, according to which the Ministry of Construction and Architecture is allowed to conclude a contract with the economic society «Parlak nesil» to improve the software for calculating the estimated cost.

On July 24, 2024, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Turkmenistan Bernd Heinze.
