In order to identify talented creative workers who reflect through impeccable works the grandiose reforms initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag, the 35th anniversary of sacred independence, permanent neutrality, glorious history and national values, to select the most skilful among them and encourage them, as well as to enrich Turkmen literature with major works and significantly develop national art, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on the announcement of a competition among literary, cultural and artistic figures, amateur young performers and gifted children for the prize of the President of Turkmenistan «Türkmeniň Altyn asyry».
In order to further enhance the partnership between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, as well as implement the Agreement between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the composition of the Joint Turkmen-Tatarstan working group on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation from the Turkmen side.
On 13 November 2025, on instructions of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the Chairwoman of the Mejlis, D.Gulmanova, accepted the credentials of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Niger to Turkmenistan, Seydou Zataou Ali.
Today, a meeting was held at the Women’s Union of Turkmenistan between Oguljahan Atabayeva, Vice President for Medical Affairs of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, and Dmitry Shlapachenko, UN Resident Coordinator in Turkmenistan.
