President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov had a telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference session with the participation of some Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers and hyakims of the velayats, which agenda includes topical issues of social and economic development of the regions and capital.

As it was informed at the video conference session on July 23, the launch ceremony of power line Rabatakshan – Kalaynau would be held this month with the participation of the President of Afghanistan Ashraf Ghani. Realization of this important project will give the impulse to economic development of Bathyz Velayat and neighbouring regions of fraternal Afghanistan, particularly to the construction of new living and social facilities.

Based on the friendly, fraternal and neighborly relations between Turkmenistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran, in order to provide humanitarian assistance to those injured during the earthquake in the Iranian province of Kermanshah, the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed Resolution, instructing a number of ministries and organizations to donate humanitarian aid to the Islamic Republic of Iran.

With the aim to implement the fundamental and applied research in the sphere of state and the national legislation, to ensure the scientific validity of the work on the democratization of the Turkmen society and state, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree, according to which:

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Nuryev Yagmyr Mamidjikovich is appointed as the Director of the Institute of State, Law and Democracy.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Charyev Begench Shadurdyevich is released from the post as the Director of the National Institute of Democracy and Human Rights under the President of Turkmenistan due to a transfer to another appointment.

Multiprofile medical centre, which is the largest in Central Asia, has been on occasion of the Day of Personnel of Health Protection and Medical Industry. Capabilities of this unique facility allow receiving the patients from foreign countries, first of all from the neighbouring including Afghanistan.

Four-storey children hospital started operating in Mary. It will serve little patients from entire Mary Velayat. The main purpose of medical centre, which has been opened prior the Day of Health Protection and Medical Industry Personnel, is to prevent and treat the diseases by innovative methods. The hospital has advanced equipment and entirely meets international standards.
