President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular session of the Cabinet of Ministers where the subjects of the state economic and social policy have been discussed, new projects and other utmost issues of implementation of national programmes have been reviewed and number of documents have been adopted.

At present, number of users of Internet-Bank and Mobil-Bank services of Altyn Asyr payment system, which are used by the clients to manage their bank accounts and make remote payments of different services, is growing. In the nearest future, Rysgal Joint Stock and Commercial Bank is planning to introduce payment method using the QR-code. This information was given at the session of the Government of January 11.

Projects for increment of production volumes of confectionary are under development in the country.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has visited the International Akhalteke Horse Breeding Complex to devote some time to writing in his study.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made working trip to Ahal Velayat where he inspected the construction of major facility of fuel and energy complex of the country – the plant for production of gasoline from natural plant, which is under construction in Owadandepe.

The Mukams Palace of the State Cultural Centre hosted the launch ceremony of the events dedicated to slogan of 2019 “Turkmenistan – Home of Prosperity”. Similar events were held in velayat centres of the country.

President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held offsite working session with the participation of the members of the State Security Council and inspected the situation at the facilities of Administration Department of the Ministry of Interior.

Hothouse complex for growing of vegetables was put into operation in Mary Velayat. The facility was built in Mary etrap in the context of realization of the programmes of increment of import substitutive and export oriented production.

Opening ceremony of Polyethylene bags and polypropylene pipes production facility took place in Bayramaly, Mary Velayat. Representatives of velayat and etrap administration, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, public organizations, honoured elders and youth took part in the event. The best construction workers received valuable gifts.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made working trip around the capital and inspected the projects of further architectural and infrastructural development of the city prepared under investment and construction programme at the request of the Hyakim of Ashgabat.
