In order to successfully achieve the objectives set out in the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the Socioeconomic Development of the Country in 2022-2028», to support the entrepreneurial and business sectors in training, retraining personnel with higher education and in improving their qualifications in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, I decree:
In order to significantly improve the activities of the domestic cultural sphere, enrich the national culture, art and literature with new works, enhance the professionalism of creative figures, improve the work of the media, encourage creative figures to create new works and hold, in accordance with the spirit of the Turkmen national holiday, the Week of Culture, traditionally timed to coincide with the Day of Cultural and Art Workers, as well as the poetry of Magtymguly Fragi, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution ordering the holding of the Week of Culture in the Balkan velayat from 22nd to 27th of June, 2026.
By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Muhammedov Aymyrat Babamyrat oglu was relieved of his post as Vice-Rector for Research at the Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan named after Oguz han due to his transfer to another job.
By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Handurdyyev Handurdy Shadurdyyevich was relieved of his post as Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management in connection with his transfer to another job.
