International University of Humanitarian Studies and Development hosted online lecture of Executive Secretary of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Lassina Zerbo on “25th Anniversary of Neutrality of Turkmenistan: Toward the Peace, Security and Development”.
