Today,  President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country general Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the State Security Council, at which results of work of military and law enforcement bodies for the January-August period of the current year were considered.

In accordance with Articles 56 and 81 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Court», I decree: 

In order to reward distinguished young performers who demonstrated their talent in the competition “Garaşsyzlygyň merjen däneleri”, held on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of the sacred independence of Turkmenistan in the International Year of Peace and Trust, marked by the 30th anniversary of the country’s neutrality, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

Today, within the framework of the “Türkmeniň Altyn asyry” competition, announced by the President of Turkmenistan among workers of literature, culture and art, amateur young singers, as well as talented children, the final round of the “Garaşsyzlygyň merjen däneleri” competition, dedicated to the 34th anniversary of the independence of the Fatherland, took place.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, at which he considered a number of issues of state life.

Today, humanitarian aid for children and residents of Afghanistan affected by the earthquake was sent from the International Airport of the capital. This is yet another example of how the noble traditions of the Turkmen people, which are worldwide exemplars, continue in the country in accordance with the spirit of modernity.

The August issue of the Arkadagly Ýaşlar magazine, published under the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, has been released to readers. As always, the publication highlights the contribution of Turkmen youth to the achievements and successes our country attains in the era of power and prosperity.

Guided by the ancient sacred traditions of the Turkmen people, such as humanism and compassion, and with the aim of consistently continuing the positive experience of noble humanitarian activities, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree.  

On September 3, 2025, as part of his visit to the People's Republic of China, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, at the invitation of PRC Chairman Xi Jinping, took part in the ceremonial events held in Beijing to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Victory in World War II.

On September 2, 2025, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who is on a working visit to the People's Republic of China, proceeded to the Tianjin railway station to depart for Beijing. Here, the Head of state was solemnly seen off by officials of the friendly country.
