President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, General of the Army Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov convened an extraordinary session of the State Security Council to consider the implementation of urgent tasks faced by the security, defence and law enforcement agencies of the country, and identify priority areas for further modernization of the material and technical base of these departments.
