President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov heard the reports of the Akhal, Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary velayats’ khyakims on the successful implementation of treaty obligations on raw cotton production by the country’s farmers, and the Balkan velayat khyakim on the delivery of targeted amounts of horticultural production.
