At a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on November 16th via digital system, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution “On financing the construction of a department for production of combined mineral fertilizers at the Turkmenabat Chemical Plant named after S.A.Niyazov.” At the same time, it was emphasized that over the past decades, the production of combined fertilizers has acquired great importance, and their efficiency is assessed by the presence of at least two active substances and a high concentration of the latter. The practical implementation of the new project will significantly increase the yield of agricultural crops grown in our country, improve the structure of the soil, the leader of the nation said.
The 15th Summit of the Organization for Economic Cooperation, successfully held on November 28 under the chairmanship of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, became one of the central political events of 2021, declared at the initiative of our country as the International Year of Peace and Confidence.

At the expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on October 8 on the digital system, dedicated to summing up the results of the work done by the sectors of the national economic complex for nine months of this anniversary year, the leader of the nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a decree, according to which from January 1, 2022, monthly wages will increase by 10 percent employees of institutions financed from the budget, self-supporting enterprises and public associations, pensions and state benefits, scholarships for students and listeners. This decision was made in order to successfully implement in the era of power and happiness the tasks defined in the "Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country for 2019-2025", to further improve social conditions and social security of the population.
As you know, on September 23, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, in his historic speech on the digital system at the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly, proposed a number of new approaches to solving various urgent global problems of our time, including the development of international cooperation in the field of healthcare.
Steadily following the course of the policy of "open doors" and broad international cooperation initiated by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, independent Turkmenistan plays more and more active role in the solution of topical issues of regional and global development. The meetings, negotiations, forums in bilateral and multilateral formats, which took place in August, serve as confirmation for it.
Turkmenistan considers the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly as an important stage in the consistent consolidation of international efforts to address key issues on the global agenda, the approval of the central and coordinating role of the United Nations in preserving and strengthening universal peace, stability and security, and the full implementation of the declared Sustainable Development Goals.
